“I needed some time away from everything, and this little cottage was a godsend. Located in a beautiful, typical and very well preserved part of the French countryside, it's a great region for many things : biking, hiking, sightseeing... even just sitting around feels like a privilege. Extremely peaceful, quiet, and away from everything, yet reassuringly close to nearby villages where everything is available. Truly a unique relaxing experience. The cottage itself is a very authentic little stone house - nothing superfluous, but very functional and complete with everything one would need. More importantly, so cozy and comfortable it immediately feels like home. The fireplace gives a welcoming feel, the beds will have you sleeping like there's no tomorrow, etc... I could've honestly stayed there for years! And the hosts : Barbara and Chris are honestly the greatest, most lovable people - very delicate and considerate about your privacy, but willing to make your stay great in any way they can. Barbara, Chris, thank you for making this short stay such an unexpectedly wonderful one! I hope I'll get back to this little patch of heaven soon :)”
